Do I need to pay custom duties / taxes?
🌱 Please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the item price's. Some countries may have import taxes and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for these taxes (where applicable). Unfortunately, we are unable to advise customers on how much these will be. Please consult your own country’s import tax policy. Shipments may fail, not arrive to you, or be rejected if you do not pay the duties or import taxes. In such case, you the buyer assume all liability.
🌱 Also note that Dearsky10 is not responsible for any possible extra fees charged by the courier, and we will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery.
Handling time
🌱 Handling Time for general sale items (excluding weekends and holidays):
🌼 Korean merch: 10-14 days on average, except for made-to-order items, which could take to 3-4 weeks due to production time.
🌼 Japanese manga merch: 20-30 days on average.
🌼 Taiwanese/Chinese merch: 2-3 months.
‼️ Please note that in certain cases, it may take longer than this depending on the supplier. We do not accept urgent order. Thank you so much for your understanding.

🌱 All Pre-Order items will be marked as "Pre-order" on the item title. They have an estimated shipping date in the description. Please see item details for estimated shipping times. Please only order if you are okay with the timeline. Just to set your expectation, the shipment schedule is subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping issues based on the supplier.
🌱 If you have a preorder item in an order with another item that is already available, your entire order will be shipped together when the preorder item arrives and is in stock. Items will not be shipped separately within the same order number.
Shipping Time
🌱 Please note that all items are shipped from the U.S. When shipping internationally using the "First-Class Package International" service, delivery times can vary depending on the destination country and may take between 2-3 weeks or longer to arrive. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived within 4-6 weeks of the dispatch date.
🌱 Orders will be shipped to the address you have on file. Please double-check your zip code and detailed address prior to submitting an order! Anything returned to us due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is unavailable, they will not be refunded.
Why is my order cancelled?
Please note that the shop owner doesn't keep inventory in stock. So the item you purchased might not be available after checking with the supplier due to high demand as soon as it is released.
Can I get a refund after placing an order?
We only accept cancellation within 1 hour since you place your order. After that, no cancellation or return is allowed, so please make a careful purchase decision. Even though we do not accept return, do not hesitate to contact us if there's any problems with the package in transit as well as complaints about the items being sold. We will try our best to resolve any problems you have with the order.
Manhwa Language
Most of the manhwas in the store are in Korean except for BJ Alex (English). Some are Taiwanese and Japanese. You can check manhwa language in each item description.
Important notice about the item quality
Kindly note that there might be minor scratches on the items, which due to the printing process of products or material nature notified by the supplier. They are not occurring because of packing and shipping items. All items from our shop are sealed official merchandise. We do try our best to check the items before packing and shipping out, but since we can't check inside so there might be damages unseen. Since we are acting as a proxy buyer so we can't reimburse to you on behalf of the store in case something happens after you unseal the items because it's not our faults. Please be aware of this notice before making a purchase.
In addition, since all items are shipped from overseas, it is hard to completely avoid minor factory defects or transit flaws, even though the couriers try their best. For any major damage, I will absolutely work with you to find a solution. However, if you are sensitive to minor defects, please consider this carefully before making a purchase. Item is shown as "out-of-stock" on search engine, but I can add it into cart
FYI, Items are shown as "out of stock" for "pre-order" and "out-of-stock" items on search engines or our website, but PRE-ORDER items have the wording "PRE-ORDER" on item's titles. And if you see the button "PRE-ORDER" instead of "Adding to cart", it means the item is in PRE-ORDER period.
In addition, you can check the item details for more information. When you pre-order an item, there is usually information available about the end of the pre-order period and the expected shipping or release date for PRE-ORDER items.
You won't be able to make a purchase or add to cart with items are out of stock.
Some items still have the pre-order status, but their expected release dates have passed. Will they still be able to be ordered?
Some pre-order items do not have a defined end date for pre-orders, making it challenging for us to monitor them. Once the anticipated release date has passed, those items switch to regular ordering. In such cases, a standard handling time of 10-14 days on average will apply, except for items in other merch category. For items classified under Japanese manga merch, the average handling time is 20-30 days. For items classified under Taiwan/China cafe merch or Chinese manhua merch, the average handling time is 2-3 months.
Can I cancel my whole order if one item is unavailable?
No. If an item in your order is out of stock or cannot be secured, we will issue a refund for that specific item and process the rest of your order. We no longer allow full order cancellations due to single unavailable items

In-Person Securing: Pop-up event pick-up items must be bought in person at limited-capacity pop-up events, meaning availability is never 100% guaranteed.

Processing Speed: Automatically fulfilling the available parts of your order allows us to ship your items much faster.
Channel Alternatives
You can explore our list of available items on our eBay channel, where your order will be shipped within 3 days of placing it. We also have an Etsy channel, which was our original platform before launching our website. We manage Etsy in the same way as our website, so the handling time remains consistent. Please keep in mind that prices on eBay and Etsy are higher than those on our website due to third-party fees. So, feel free to shop on our website, eBay, or Etsy—whichever you prefer.
